P1 Finance PLC is an issuer of bonds on the Euronext Dublin (Irish Stock Exchange) designed to provide institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers and certified High Net Worth / Sophisticated clients, exposure to a portfolio of well-researched, conviction-led, differentiated and diversified investment opportunities which deliver fixed returns.
Funds from the bonds are used by P1 Capital Ltd. P1 Capital primarily invests in property and commercial assets within the UK aiming to provide strong risk adjusted fixed returns to investors.
The bonds are high yield debt instrument issued under the European Medium-Term Note Programme. The 5-year growth bond aims to offer a return of 9.25% pa (simple interest). Interest and capital paid upon exit.
